Mountains and Tundra Swans

We took a little drive in lower valley and found a great surprise; a few hundred Tundra Swans. Lori took the above pics. We can not wait till we upgrade to a better camera. The Canon 5D would be nice or at least the Canon 40D.

Peaceful Grey

Peaceful Grey

It is the beginning of March in the Flathead Valley, Montana. It is grey and snowy. The skier part of me is glad for new powder to enjoy. However there is a part of me that longs for the sweet scent of spring and the warmth of the sun.

Cross Country Skiing

Have been cross country skiing with a friend from work. Well he is still working but I was laid off at the beginning of January. Last Saturday was one of the best days of skiing ever. Fourteen inches of powder. Skies gliding as though on a cloud. It has been a good Montana winter for snow in the Flathead Valley.

Enerfood helps drive depression away

Enerfood helps drive depression away. For a couple of months this winter the wife and I took enerfood, which is a green super food with spirulina pacifica. It doesn’t taste so well, unless you like the taste of kelp, however it gave me lots of energy. Also it has driven away the January and February blues that usually plague me this time of the year in Montana.
